Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end implementation projects from solution design through go-live.
- Design and help merchants build high-performance, API-based integrations for complex systems.
- Partner with Sales during pre-sales to shape solutions, assess feasibility, and support technical discussions.
- Guide merchants through architecture, integration, testing, and production-readiness decisions.
- Coordinate Product, Engineering, Sales, and Project Management to achieve strong merchant outcomes.
- Share best practices, unblock teammates, and improve delivery quality.
- Translate merchant needs and recurring challenges into actionable feedback for Product and Engineering.
- Advocate for improvements to Adyen products and the integration experience.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in technical consulting, integrations, or software engineering.
- Deep understanding of APIs and experience working across frontend and backend systems.
- Ability to make decisions in ambiguous environments and lead technical discussions with technical and business stakeholders.
- Proactive, pragmatic approach focused on delivering working, scalable solutions.
- Willingness to share best practices and help teams deliver reliable integrations.
