Responsibilities
- Build high-performance front-end systems using Next.js and React.
- Develop TypeScript interfaces for orchestration workflows, AI performance, and operational insights.
- Collaborate with designers and product managers to create intuitive user experiences for complex AI orchestration concepts.
- Design and consume APIs using FastAPI and Node.js while maintaining type safety and efficient data fetching.
- Optimize front-end performance and scalability for large datasets and real-time updates.
- Integrate internal and external APIs, including Jira, Slack, and document stores, into a unified orchestration graph.
- Implement front-end testing, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and production reliability practices.
- Lead front-end architectural decisions, establish engineering best practices, and mentor peers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a deep focus on front-end development and architecture.
- Mastery of TypeScript and modern React patterns, including Hooks, Context, and Server Components.
- Experience with APIs such as REST and GraphQL and understanding of database concepts including Postgres and SQL.
- Proficiency with CSS and styling approaches including Tailwind and CSS-in-JS.
- Experience building and deploying production-grade web applications with Docker and containerized workflows.
- Experience with Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright, or Cypress, along with peer review and CI/CD practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to lead front-end initiatives from concept through production.
- Preferred experience with React Query, SWR, Redux, LLM-driven interfaces, Python, FastAPI, Node.js, D3.js, or Recharts.
- Preferred familiarity with high-growth startups, agile environments, developer tools, or productivity platforms.
