Responsibilities
- Build connections between Watershed and client systems and configure the platform for client goals.
- Build and maintain data pipelines, API integrations, scripts, dashboards, and reports.
- Consult with clients on technical goals, best practices, and learning data ecosystems.
- Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and influence product improvements.
- Automate technical workflows and develop automation and deployment workflows using Jenkins.
- Occasionally contribute updates to the Watershed core product.
- Build client relationships, identify expansion opportunities, and train clients on Watershed.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on programming experience, ideally with Python, REST APIs, data wrangling, and software automation tools.
- At least 3 years of experience implementing SaaS software, data science, analytics, or reporting tools in a client-facing role.
- Experience building and maintaining data pipelines and system integrations.
- Proficiency in SQL and MySQL and experience with Python and Java.
- Familiarity with Jenkins and CI/CD automation.
- Experience with learning data, xAPI, SCORM, and JSON is preferred.
- Strong communication, documentation, problem-solving, analytical, ownership, initiative, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, collaborate with a team, and balance multiple assignments.
