Base Salary
$230k - $280k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and enhance the autonomous security agent 'Hai' for natural-language reasoning and vulnerability detection.
- Build components that integrate agentic AI design patterns into the HackerOne platform.
- Collaborate with Product, Security Research, and Engineering teams to introduce AI capabilities.
- Design AI red-teaming agents to identify weaknesses in AI systems.
- Establish metrics and frameworks for model performance and user impact.
- Stay updated on AI safety research and integrate findings into the responsible-AI strategy.
- Build APIs for seamless interaction between AI models and security tools.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a software engineer with a focus on AI platforms.
- Proven expertise in large language models, generative AI, and machine learning frameworks.
- Strong experience in AI platform engineering and MLOps pipelines.
- Experience building systems for multiple AI product teams.
- Solid understanding of AI safety and alignment principles.
