Responsibilities
- Design, build, maintain, and execute scalable test automation across APIs, web UI, and backend services.
- Develop automation strategies and roadmaps for Saviynt’s Identity Security platform.
- Use AI-powered developer and testing tools to improve test generation, maintenance, diagnostics, and productivity.
- Execute functional, regression, performance, security, and resiliency testing.
- Integrate automated testing and quality gates into CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code workflows.
- Identify and resolve test stability, observability, coverage, reliability, and feedback-loop issues.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and SRE teams to improve release quality metrics and pipeline workflows.
- Review automation frameworks, test plans, and engineering processes while mentoring teammates and increasing automation maturity.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in software test automation, including hands-on test automation framework development.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Amazon Q Developer, or Cursor.
- Experience building and maintaining scalable automation frameworks using Playwright, PyTest, Robot Framework, or Karate.
- Strong programming skills in Java and Python; Groovy experience is a plus.
- Experience testing REST APIs, microservices, and distributed cloud systems across AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Working knowledge of Jenkins, GitLab CI, Maven, and Gradle.
- Experience with database validation, test data management, and large-scale automation.
- Familiarity with JMeter, Gatling, SAST, DAST, WCAG, and axe-core.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
