Base Salary
$212k - $265k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team to scale AI-enabled operations and deliver AIOps solutions.
- Own the AIOps vision, strategy, and roadmap, partnering with the Observability platform owner.
- Drive execution by setting priorities and collaborating across teams.
- Identify and eliminate recurring issues through scalable automation.
- Lead the development and maintenance of testing and monitoring tooling.
- Ensure quality and reliability of BizTech services through postmortems and root-cause analysis.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for high-severity incident response.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in AIOps, data catalog architecture, or Technical Operations infrastructure.
- Strong SDLC experience, including infrastructure as code and CI/CD.
- Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, especially AWS or Google.
- Solid understanding of corporate infrastructure and applications.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale, complex initiatives.
- Proficient in Python or Go.
- Experience building API integrations and event-driven architectures.
