Legal Engineer - Workflows Specialist (Large Law)

Base Salary
$100k - $166k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and deployment of custom workflows and vault templates for large law firm clients.
- Partner with firm stakeholders and sales and post-sales teams to understand processes, define scope, and apply LexisNexis solutions.
- Engage firm leadership, practice leaders, attorneys, and knowledge management teams to drive workflow adoption and sustained usage.
- Support early-stage demos and pilot programs demonstrating LexisNexis AI solutions.
- Identify product gaps and enhancement opportunities, synthesize client feedback, and collaborate with product, engineering, and UX teams.
- Develop customer-facing and internal resources supporting AI workflow strategy and firm rollouts.
Requirements
- JD required.
- At least 2 years of recent experience at a large law firm with more than 50 attorneys, preferably in litigation or corporate law.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, executive presence, legal judgment, and AI fluency.
- Deep understanding of legal workflows, legal service delivery models, and challenges faced by legal professionals.
- Practical experience applying AI and legal technology to improve legal workflows and client delivery.
