Base Salary
$99k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and fix production software issues.
- Develop monitoring solutions and automate support processes.
- Perform software maintenance and configuration.
- Implement fixes and enhancements in internally developed code using Perl, Ruby, C/C++, Java, and Python.
- Track and resolve technical challenges while working alongside development teams on AWS projects.
- Deploy and operate services in air-gapped Amazon Dedicated Cloud regions and document systems.
Requirements
- Associate degree or above, or CND or GSEC certification.
- Programming experience in at least one modern language such as C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, or Ruby.
- Experience with automation tools for building, testing, releasing, or monitoring.
- Current, active U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility or above, with the ability to maintain required agency clearances and obtain a polygraph or commensurate clearance after starting.
- Preferred: proficiency in Python scripting.
- Preferred: experience with highly concurrent, high-throughput systems and complex distributed systems.
