Responsibilities
- Design scalable, end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across IT, Finance, Enterprise Architecture, Supply Chain, and production domains.
- Own ServiceNow platform architecture, roadmap, governance, performance, scalability, maintainability, security, and compliance.
- Lead workshops, architecture boards, design reviews, requirements discovery, value discovery, and prioritization.
- Design CMDB and data architectures, including CI models, relationships, data quality, and reconciliation.
- Architect ITOM, Discovery, Event Management, and integrations with monitoring, identity, ERP, and cloud systems.
- Design, govern, and implement complex REST/SOAP, MID Server, and IntegrationHub integrations.
- Build advanced workflows and automations using Flow Designer, Subflows, Business Rules, and Policies.
- Support transition and transformation projects in multi-supplier environments and develop service and operating models.
- Partner with customer IT and business stakeholders to deliver sustainable ServiceNow platform and process landscapes.
Requirements
- Long-standing experience as a ServiceNow Architect across different industries, with deep knowledge of platform architecture, operations, and integrations.
- Several relevant ServiceNow certifications, such as CSA and CIS certifications in ITSM, ITOM, OTM, ITAM, or SecOps.
- Additional training, accreditations, or micro-certifications such as Now Assist, Agentic AI, or AI Control Tower.
- Strong consulting, presentation, communication, analytical, structured, and solution-oriented skills, including C-level communication.
- Demonstrated success building and maintaining stable customer relationships and understanding market and technology trends.
- Willingness to travel and very good German and English language skills.
- Preferred: experience with ITIL, SIAM, and IT outsourcing; ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect certification; innovation, independence, transparency, goal orientation, conflict management, intercultural competence, and teamwork.
