Base Salary

$170k - $200k/yr

Responsibilities

Own technical distribution for Extend and build artifacts that earn developer trust and attention.
Build public-facing technical projects such as OCR Arena, benchmarks, demos, and microsites.
Design and run document-processing benchmarks covering accuracy, latency, cost, and tradeoffs.
Ship technical demos, reference implementations, and evaluation harnesses.
Write production-quality code across the stack.
Own projects from idea through build, launch, and iteration.
Instrument experiments and connect results to adoption and revenue impact.
Partner closely with Engineering, Product, and GTM while testing and iterating quickly.

Strong engineering fundamentals and experience shipping real systems.
Comfort working across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and data.
Experience with APIs, datasets, evaluations, or developer tooling.
Background in high-growth startups or highly ambiguous environments.
Ability to communicate clearly with a technical audience.
Experience building tools, benchmarks, or demos that became externally useful is a potential qualification.
Technical writing grounded in systems actually built is a potential qualification.
Side projects that attracted real developer usage or attention are a potential qualification.
Experience at the intersection of product, engineering, and growth is a potential qualification.
High agency, velocity, strong technical taste, founder mentality, and outcome orientation.
