Base Salary
$170k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build public-facing technical projects like benchmarks and demos.
- Design and run benchmarks for document processing.
- Ship technical demos and reference implementations.
- Write production-quality code across the stack.
- Own projects from idea to launch and iteration.
- Instrument experiments to measure adoption and revenue impact.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and GTM teams.
- Move fast, test aggressively, and eliminate ineffective ideas.
Requirements
- Strong engineering fundamentals and experience shipping real systems.
- Comfort working across the stack including frontend, backend, and data.
- Experience with APIs, datasets, evals, or developer tooling.
- Background in high-growth startups or ambiguous environments.
- Ability to communicate clearly with a technical audience.
- High agency and velocity with a founder mentality.
