Responsibilities
- Build and maintain ML systems and end-to-end pipelines covering data, modeling, deployment, and monitoring.
- Support the productization of AI/ML models and LLMs through APIs, infrastructure, testing, and versioning practices.
- Develop APIs, tools, libraries, and shared AI/ML infrastructure used by more than 100 AI team members.
- Monitor AI systems in production and help deliver scalable, reliable solutions.
- Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to bring AI solutions into production.
- Present findings, communicate technical challenges, identify opportunities, and mentor junior team members on technical topics.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience.
- Solid AI/ML fundamentals and strong Python skills.
- Experience with APIs, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud environments.
- Ability to design and implement end-to-end ML pipelines autonomously.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with data scientists and engineers and explain technical trade-offs.
- Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Spain or Germany.
