Responsibilities
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for Salesforce applications.
- Execute manual test cases and develop automated test scripts.
- Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, integrations, and releases.
- Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Analyze requirements for testability, design test data, and write test plans and test cases.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Require 5–8 years of overall QA testing experience.
- Require at least 4 years of manual and automated Salesforce testing experience.
- Require experience with Salesforce CRM modules and workflows.
- Require experience writing intermediate SQL queries using SOQL.
- Require hands-on test execution, test planning, test case development, API testing, and integration testing experience.
- Require familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools.
- Require understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Preferred: financial industry domain knowledge.
