Responsibilities
- Align and focus continuous integration and continuous deployment activities for applications.
- Plan and execute DevOps pipelines across the application life cycle and toolchain.
- Manage IT infrastructure supporting software applications.
- Onboard applications to DevOps tools and configure them according to client requirements.
- Build and customize DevOps tools and create user-access workflows.
- Collaborate with development teams on coding and scripting that connects software releases with operating systems and production infrastructure.
- Automate testing and deployment in a DevOps environment.
- Provide customer support for DevOps tools across multiple platforms.
- Resolve support tickets within specified turnaround times and perform root-cause analysis of critical or recurring issues.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience.
- Mandatory experience with AWS native application services.
- Ability to support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, infrastructure management, automation, troubleshooting, and customer resolution activities.
