Base Salary
$144k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build large-scale, customer-impacting software and long-term architecture initiatives.
- Define and solve complex customer and operational problems involving safety, usability, reliability, and cost.
- Design and develop multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services.
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, collaborative, and results-focused engineering culture.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- At least 1 year of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
- At least 1 year of experience designing and developing large-scale software applications, tools, systems, or services using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
- At least 1 year of Object-Oriented Design experience.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Preferred: 3+ years covering the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
