Responsibilities
- Design and implement Saviynt identity governance and access management solutions across enterprise client environments.
- Gather and analyze business and technical requirements to shape WIAM solution designs.
- Contribute to WIAM architecture across planning, design, delivery, and post-implementation support.
- Develop and customize IAM connectors, integrations, and workflows using Java.
- Document business processes, technical specifications, and solution architecture artifacts.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders by presenting solutions, translating technical concepts, and driving outcomes.
- Support the assessment and maturation of Identity Governance, Privileged Access Management, SSO, and MFA capabilities.
Requirements
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency and Melbourne-based availability are required.
- Proven hands-on experience delivering Saviynt implementations in enterprise environments is required.
- Strong Java development experience building custom IAM connectors, workflows, or integrations is required.
- Understanding of Identity Governance, Data Access Governance, Privileged Access Management, and Role Engineering is required.
- Experience with Azure AD/Entra ID and Microsoft Identity Manager is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with SailPoint, Okta, or One Identity is advantageous.
- SC-900, SC-300, or SC-100 certifications are advantageous.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, self-motivation, and independent delivery skills are required.
