Base Salary
$120k - $135k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize software solutions and applications.
- Analyze and solve software engineering problems using scientific methods and original judgment.
- Apply software engineering practices across research, design, development, and maintenance.
- Supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers.
- Operate independently in highly complex environments and take responsibility for a substantial aspect of Capgemini’s activities.
- Balance business, technical, and people objectives while managing complex situations.
- Develop long-term partnerships with clients and contribute to recruitment and employee development.
Requirements
- Demonstrated mastery of all phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Ability to operate independently in highly complex environments.
- Ability to demonstrate leadership across business, technical, and people objectives.
- Ability to manage difficult and complex situations professionally.
- Understanding of commercial and negotiating principles.
- Ability to contribute to the recruitment and development of people.

- Base compensation is listed at $120,000-$135,000 per year.
