Base Salary
$106k - $145k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, optimize, research, design, and deliver software solutions across the software development lifecycle.
- Analyze and solve complex software engineering problems using scientific methods and original technical judgment.
- Supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers.
- Operate independently in highly complex environments and take responsibility for a substantial aspect of company activity.
- Collaborate with software engineers and stakeholders while balancing business, technical, and people objectives.
- Develop long-term client partnerships and contribute to the recruitment and development of people.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience and expertise across all phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Ability to work independently in highly complex environments and manage difficult situations professionally.
- Ability to apply software engineering knowledge, innovation, and industrialization to business objectives.
- Ability to provide technical leadership and supervise other software engineers.
- Understanding of commercial and negotiating principles and ability to develop client partnerships.
