Responsibilities
- Lead requirements-gathering workshops and translate business needs into functional design specifications across supply chain planning domains.
- Configure, test, and validate demand planning, supply planning, inventory, production scheduling, and related application modules.
- Coordinate with client IT and business teams to align solutions and drive open items through resolution.
- Own functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and traceability matrices.
- Provide functional guidance to analysts and support their day-to-day delivery activities.
- Contribute to knowledge management, best-practice documentation, and internal capability building.
- Identify risks and issues, develop practical solutions, and drive them to resolution.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management applications, with 5–8 years of working-level exposure across multiple planning modules or domains.
- Hands-on configuration experience across at least two planning domains, such as demand planning, supply planning, production scheduling, or inventory optimization.
- Experience integrating planning applications with ERP or MDM systems.
- Proficiency in using data for solution validation and performance measurement.
- Familiarity with cloud-based architecture, SaaS deployment models, and platform administration tasks.
- Understanding of supply chain KPIs, planning metrics, and performance benchmarking frameworks.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or equivalent, with 15 years of full-time education.
- Ability to manage workstreams and deliver quality outputs independently.
- Strong structured thinking, problem-solving, communication, presentation, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to support and guide junior colleagues.
- Willingness to travel for short-term and long-term assignments.
