Base Salary
$225k - $245k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop strong knowledge of Tines' intelligent workflow platform.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations to prospective customers.
- Build and demo Tines Stories to demonstrate value.
- Manage the technical decision process with customers.
- Collaborate with Sales to identify key use cases.
- Support enablement of priority channel and technical alliance partners.
- Provide market feedback to the product organization.
- Contribute to the knowledge base with customer experiences and insights.
- Support the Solutions Engineering team in developing best practices.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a pre-sales or solutions engineering role at a SaaS company.
- Strong technical background with experience working with APIs.
- Experience selling to the Public Sector.
- Background in security and/or IT industry.
- Strong skills in uncovering customer needs.
- Experience delivering compelling demos and winning technical evaluations.
- Ability to communicate with both business and technical audiences.
- Project management skills for delivering customer solutions.
- Analytical skills to craft actionable insights from complex data.
- Startup mentality with adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
