Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture, design, development, and implementation of complex UI applications.
  • Conduct architecture reviews, interface design assessments, and code quality checks for frontend components and features.
  • Drive frontend security, performance optimization, responsiveness, and scalability initiatives.
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical problems and make architectural decisions aligned with business requirements.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional technology teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Mentor and coach less experienced engineers and promote technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
  • Define, implement, and enforce UI development standards, coding guidelines, and procedures.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies.
  • Lead and oversee the technical direction and execution of multiple complex projects concurrently.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive UI development experience, including 3–5 years in a lead or senior technical capacity.
  • Advanced hands-on proficiency with modern UI frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
  • Advanced JavaScript or TypeScript experience.
  • Experience designing and implementing high-performance, data-intensive frontend applications with data visualization and charting libraries.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, SQL and NoSQL data sources, and backend integration patterns.
  • Experience working in Linux environments and familiarity with cloud-native development principles.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • Proficiency with JIRA, Bitbucket or Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver multiple complex projects concurrently.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, mentoring, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
