Responsibilities
- Understand client and product requirements and translate them into feasible software designs.
- Develop, modify, debug, and maintain PEGA software modules and applications.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Perform root-cause analysis, troubleshoot system issues, and recommend performance or system improvements.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, code comments, and project status updates.
- Coordinate with project teams, functional teams, systems analysts, engineering staff, and project managers.
- Capture client requirements and clarifications, gather feedback, and support on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, quality assurance, MIS reporting, and release-plan adherence.
- Participate in continuing education, programming-language training, and assigned skill-upgradation certifications.
Requirements
- Mandatory PEGA skills.
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Ability to analyze requirements, software development processes, system flows, data usage, and work processes.
- Experience with coding, debugging, software validation, test execution, documentation, and performance improvement.
- Ability to collaborate with clients and cross-functional technical and project teams.
- Ability to produce clear technical reports and communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
