Base Salary
$290k - $350k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and iterate on revenue-driving AI features end to end across React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.
- Define product success metrics and ship improvements used daily by more than 1,100 customers.
- Work directly with customers through calls and shared Slack channels to validate features and deliver fixes.
- Set technical direction and make architectural decisions for agent memory and long-running outbound strategies.
- Mentor senior engineers, lead challenging design reviews, and help hire additional engineers.
Requirements
- 8+ years of engineering experience.
- Experience as a tech lead for a meaningful product area, founder, or domain expert relied upon by other engineers.
- Production experience building AI features, debugging misbehaving agents, and creating evaluations to prevent recurring issues.
- Ability to work directly with customers to validate and improve features.
- Based in San Francisco and willing to work in-office at least 3 days per week.
