Base Salary
$290k - $350k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build AI features that drive revenue from end to end.
- Define success metrics and iterate on features across various technologies.
- Engage directly with customers to gather feedback and implement fixes.
- Set the technical direction for the team and make architectural decisions.
- Mentor senior engineers and lead design reviews.
Requirements
- 8+ years of engineering experience, including tech lead or founder roles.
- Production experience with AI features and debugging agents.
- Strong opinions on human-agent collaboration product surfaces.
- Willingness to communicate directly with customers.
- Ability to enhance the productivity of the team.
