Responsibilities
- Build Finn, an AI-powered wealth manager.
- Design and own backend infrastructure, including the multi-agent LLM architecture for financial reasoning, simulations, and user interactions.
- Develop systems that enable LLMs to interpret, evolve, and act on massive financial datasets.
- Build autonomous financial planning and market-aware agentic systems.
- Collaborate with frontend, design, and the founding team to create high-quality user experiences.
- Help shape the product and engineering culture as a founding team member.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience developing and deploying production-level backend systems.
- Experience with LLM models and AI-driven systems, or a strong willingness to work on LLM-powered applications.
- Fluency in Node, TypeScript, Python, Postgres, and AWS.
- Experience architecting complex distributed systems with services such as Kafka, Redis, and Kubernetes.
- Experience diagnosing and preventing performance and optimization issues.
- Ability to take ownership from start to finish, build systems from scratch, and iterate quickly in a startup environment.
