Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performing IT solutions with a focus on native or cross-platform mobile application architectures.
- Gather and analyze stakeholder requirements and translate them into architectural designs and documentation.
- Lead mobile application integration with backend and cloud services.
- Lead and coordinate a distributed architecture team across countries, cultures, organizations, and third-party partners.
- Represent architecture in governance forums and influence stakeholders without formal authority.
- Evaluate technologies and tools, contribute to IT strategies and roadmaps, and ensure compliance with architecture standards and best practices.
- Contribute to architectures integrating LLM APIs, RAG pipelines, and AI components.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Mobile Architect, or similar, including mobile application architecture using native iOS/Android or cross-platform technologies such as Flutter.
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, mobile application lifecycles, and backend integration.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and proficiency in Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
- Experience presenting to and obtaining approval from architecture governance bodies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead architecture practices across distributed, cross-cultural, and organizational teams.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, leadership, and influencing skills.
- Knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and practical applications is a plus.
