Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Java-based automated test scripts for TCU validation.
- Collaborate with firmware and systems engineers to translate requirements into test cases.
- Execute automated tests, analyze results, and report defects with clear documentation.
- Develop automation components and validate APIs using Java and Spring Framework utilities.
- Support continuous integration efforts and debug test-bench issues or inconsistent results.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and provide timely task updates.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience is stated, with additional information requesting a minimum of 5 years in Java Full Stack Development.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, with 15 years of full-time education, is required.
- Proficiency in Java, object-oriented programming, collections, file I/O, exception handling, multithreading, and Spring Boot.
- Experience with Java-based test automation, REST API validation, JUnit, Mockito, Spring test utilities, and ET Framework or similar frameworks.
- Familiarity with Apache Flink, Apache Kafka, Azure Event Hubs, AKS or EKS, Docker, Kubernetes, observability tools, and Terraform.
- Knowledge of Git or GitLab, automotive communication protocols, embedded-systems testing, TCU technologies, or connected vehicles is preferred.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, communication, independent-working, collaboration, attention-to-detail, and ownership skills are required.
