Responsibilities
- Architect and develop robust distributed systems using Python and AWS.
- Own and support email processing flows, integrations, and critical data infrastructure.
- Maintain essential business systems while balancing scale, latency, cost, and sensitive-data handling.
- Lead cross-team projects from conception through production deployment.
- Shape technical direction in alignment with product and business goals.
- Mentor and support team members through actionable feedback and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
Requirements
- Extensive backend development experience, preferably with Python, with consideration for candidates transitioning from Java or .NET.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and systems operating at scale.
- Ability to identify and solve complex technical problems proactively.
- Ability to lead technical direction and influence project outcomes.
- Strong product mindset and understanding of customer and organizational impact.
- Experience mentoring peers and fostering continuous improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
