Base Salary
$130k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Represent Embrace as an expert communicator and technologist.
- Communicate directly with customers and internal teams to find solutions.
- Drive technical integration strategy and execution for prospects and customers.
- Quickly identify technical issues and provide clear instructions for resolution.
- Suggest product improvements based on customer feedback.
- Ensure efficient bug reporting processes to Engineering.
- Develop tools and enhance documentation to improve collaboration with Sales and Customer Success.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Mobile Developer, Web Developer, Sales Engineer, or Solutions Engineer role at a B2B software technology company.
- Experience with mobile or web development and eagerness to learn.
- Working knowledge of Linux and/or Mac OS X command line.
- Ability to read and write code in languages such as Python, Java, Objective-C, Swift, Kotlin, or JS is preferred.
- Curiosity about how things work and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills for writing and speaking with customers.
- High competency and low ego with a passion for helping others.
- Willingness to travel for customer-facing activities and internal team gatherings.
- Diploma in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related discipline preferred.
