Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Support the Compensation functional area for Sales Incentives and contribute to product priorities and roadmaps.
- Gather requirements, optimize business processes, perform fit-gap analysis, design solutions, configure applications, and maintain implementation documentation.
- Lead the design, development, customization, and maintenance of the Varicent SPM platform, including calculations, workflows, incentives, rules, and compensation plan components.
- Build and maintain Varicent integrations, reports, dashboards, analytics, audit capabilities, and enterprise-system connections.
- Plan and perform user acceptance and regression testing, including test plans, scenarios, cases, results, and release coordination.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, establish timelines, track deliverables, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Evaluate new Varicent functionality and emerging technologies, recommend platform improvements, and coordinate vendor releases and business impact assessments.
- Provide strategic guidance to product and shared services teams and mentor team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 8 years of experience in a Varicent functional or technical lead role.
- At least 8 years of experience configuring and debugging business processes and building solutions on Varicent SPM platforms.
- At least 8 years of experience gathering requirements, performing fit-gap analysis, designing solutions, configuring SaaS applications, conducting user acceptance testing, and maintaining product health.
- At least 5 years of Varicent SPM experience, including calculations, workflows, and configuration.
- At least 5 years of experience configuring and building integrations between Varicent and enterprise systems.
- At least 5 years of experience generating Varicent reports for analysis, data auditing, and business-team requests.
- At least 4 years of experience with Varicent integration architecture and design patterns.
- Preferred experience includes supporting HR systems for large organizations and international employees, product ownership, project management, change management, communications, and leading teams in a matrix organization.
- Strong organizational, analytical, time-management, problem-solving, communication, relationship-building, customer-service, and collaboration skills are preferred.
