Responsibilities
- Align and execute continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring activities across application lifecycles.
- Plan and manage DevOps pipelines covering planning, coding, building, testing, staging, release, configuration, and monitoring.
- Manage IT infrastructure and onboard, configure, and customize DevOps tools for client needs.
- Create user-access workflows and provide access according to defined processes.
- Collaborate with developers on coding and scripting that connects releases with operating systems and production infrastructure.
- Automate testing and deployment in DevOps environments.
- Provide internal and external customer support for DevOps tools and resolve tickets within required turnaround times.
- Troubleshoot critical and recurring issues, perform root-cause analysis, and follow escalation procedures when needed.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in DevOps.
- Experience supporting application teams and developers across operations, development, and testing functions.
- Experience with DevOps pipelines, infrastructure management, automation, tool configuration, and coding or scripting integration.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, resolve customer tickets, and meet service targets.
