Responsibilities
- Own technical engagements with strategic partners and act as a trusted advisor to managed systems integrators.
- Provide architectural guidance and recommendations to support successful partner engagements worldwide.
- Define technical strategies that help solution providers sell more of their offerings on AWS.
- Capture and share best practices with the broader Solution Architecture community.
- Share customer feedback with internal product management and engineering teams to influence AWS products.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in relevant technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data and analytics.
- 3+ years of experience designing, implementing, or consulting on applications and infrastructure.
- 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting experience in the software or Internet industries.
- Preferred: knowledge of AWS services, market segments, customer base, industry verticals, and software development tools and methodologies.
- Strong software architecture, cloud computing, customer-facing, and strategic business and technical skills.
