Responsibilities
- Lead client discovery conversations and Oracle readiness assessments.
- Shape Oracle transformation solutions across ERP, HCM, SCM, CX, data, integration, cloud infrastructure, security, and change management.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams through RFP and RFI pursuits from qualification and solution strategy through proposal development and client presentations.
- Design AI-enabled solutions using Oracle Fusion Cloud embedded AI, Oracle AI Agent Studio, and OCI Generative AI services.
- Develop business cases, demonstrations, proof-of-value engagements, reference architectures, and phased transformation roadmaps.
- Present solution strategies, architectures, and value propositions to senior business and technology leaders.
Requirements
- Significant experience leading solutioning for medium to large Oracle pursuits and transformation programs in pre-sales, solution architecture, or consulting.
- Broad knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, data platforms, integrations, and cross-functional dependencies.
- Demonstrated experience leading RFPs and RFIs and coordinating functional, technical, integration, data migration, testing, cloud enablement, and change management workstreams.
- Experience conducting Oracle assessments and translating business priorities, technology requirements, data readiness, risk, and total cost considerations into roadmaps and business cases.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Hands-on understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud embedded AI and Oracle AI Agent Studio, including agent design, orchestration, tools, security, and lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of OCI AI services and enterprise AI architecture patterns, including generative AI, retrieval-augmented generation, vector search, APIs, and secure integration with Oracle and non-Oracle data sources.
- Experience establishing responsible AI and security-by-design controls for identity and access, data privacy, model risk, prompt and output controls, auditability, observability, and human oversight.
- Experience creating AI-enabled demonstrations, prototypes, proof-of-value engagements, and executive-level reference architectures.
- Relevant industry and business-process knowledge with the ability to connect Oracle capabilities to practical client outcomes.
