Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end solution architectures for domain-specific AI agents.
- Translate business and product intent into scalable designs across channels, AI agents, integration layers, and core systems.
- Define architectural boundaries and interaction patterns between agents, systems, and platforms.
- Ensure secure, compliant, traceable, and privacy-conscious handling of customer data.
- Align solution designs with enterprise architecture standards and platform capabilities.
- Provide architectural guidance to delivery teams and support solutions from concept through production.
- Evaluate emerging conversational AI and agent-orchestration technologies.
- Safeguard security, privacy, resiliency, performance, and explainability requirements.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Solution Architect in a large, complex enterprise environment; financial services experience is preferred.
- Ability to bridge business strategy, product needs, and technical realization.
- Experience working within Agile delivery models.
- Ability to balance innovation with regulatory, risk, and operational constraints.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong ownership of architectural consistency and long-term coherence.
- Experience with end-to-end solution architecture, API design, event-driven architectures, service-based integration, cloud platforms, enterprise platforms, and banking security, privacy, risk, and compliance requirements.
- Understanding of AI-agent orchestration, context sharing, decision flows, and guardrails.
- Ability to create and maintain architectural artifacts and documentation.
- Experience with conversational AI platforms or AI-enabled customer journeys is a strong plus.
