Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional account teams and Atlassian partners to conduct customer discovery and map business problems to Atlassian platforms and solutions.
- Identify customer pain points and additional cross-product or solution expansion opportunities.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor during the pre-sales process and articulate the business value of Atlassian software.
- Lead tailored, value-based demonstrations for enterprise customers.
- Guide customers through technical requirements and build buy-in for Atlassian solutions.
- Build strong partnerships with sales counterparts by coordinating on pipeline, opportunities, feedback, and selling-cycle improvements.
- Document customer feedback and competitive intelligence and share insights with product management.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience interacting with enterprise customers in a pre-sales capacity.
- Fluent Spanish for coverage of the EMEA Iberia/Italy enterprise market.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for multi-level audiences.
- Proven ability to build executive customer relationships and collaborate across internal teams.
- Ability to translate complex business problems into compelling value-based solutions.
- Comfort operating in both business and technical contexts with executives and technical audiences.
- Customer-centric mindset, creative problem-solving ability, and willingness to continuously learn and develop product and pre-sales expertise.
