Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with sales representatives, partners, customers, and internal stakeholders.
- Develop knowledge of HubSpot products to propose effective customer solutions.
- Understand customer challenges and deliver technical value aligned with business goals.
- Participate in and direct projects related to presales, sales, and the wider business.
- Coach and mentor less experienced team members.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in presales, technical consulting, sales, or a similar role.
- Experience collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders and working with external customers.
- Ability to receive actionable feedback, collaborate across teams, and pursue continuous development.
- Alignment with HubSpot's HEART values.
Benefits
- Annual cash compensation is listed in the posting as €88.850—€127.050 EUR, including base salary, eligible on-target commission, and annual bonus targets.

- Employees may work remotely or from an office, and Engineering team members must attend a regional HubSpot office for in-person onboarding.
