Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, and integrate applications to meet business and application requirements.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and manage team execution.
- Identify and implement application-development best practices to improve productivity and product quality.
- Troubleshoot application components and perform performance tuning and optimization.
- Provide cross-team solutions and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience, including a minimum of 12 years working with Spring Boot.
- Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and software development methodologies.
- Experience configuring and integrating applications for complex business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues across multiple application components.
- Familiarity with enterprise application performance tuning and optimization.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Unix Shell Scripting and SRE Observability are desirable qualifications.
