Base Salary
$204k - $259k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop metrics and models to evaluate and enhance the performance, safety, and scalability of the self-driving system.
- Evaluate new models or methods for performance assessment.
- Find new ways to gather data needed to improve metrics and models.
- Communicate benefits and limitations of new models and metrics to partner teams.
- Integrate and deploy metrics and models on fleet-wide data.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Test Engineering for robotics, autonomous vehicles, or complex hardware/software systems.
- Strong background working with data.
- Solid understanding of physics, geometry, and dynamics.
- Proficiency in C++, Python, and SQL.
- Enthusiasm to understand complex systems and their components.
- Ability to learn and utilize new frameworks quickly.
