Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Optimize user journeys on landing pages and the purchase funnel.
- Build backend services and APIs for account management and growth features.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers.
- Drive growth through rapid experimentation and data-driven development.
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools in the workflow.
Requirements
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 4–6 years of experience delivering working software, preferably web applications.
- Solid backend experience in Go or another compiled language.
- Comfortable working with AI coding assistants like Claude or Cursor.
- Database experience with Postgres, Redis/Valkey or similar.
- Strong knowledge of immutability concepts, CSS, and responsive design.
- Working knowledge of A/B testing, feature flags, and analytics development.
- Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and source control (Git).
- Writes clean, well-tested code.
