Base Salary
$212k - $265k/yr
Responsibilities
- Manage, coach, develop, and hire a team of 3 to 5 Solutions Engineers.
- Own the technical win for strategic healthcare and life sciences accounts through hands-on demos, prototypes, and architecture conversations.
- Build reusable reference architectures, demo environments, evaluation frameworks, technical playbooks, and SOW patterns.
- Advise on GenAI deployments involving PHI, de-identification, HIPAA, HITRUST, validation, audit expectations, and clinical workflow adoption.
- Partner with Account Executives and GTM leadership on account strategy, technical qualification, and pilot scoping.
- Work with forward-deployed Software and Machine Learning Engineers through early implementation.
- Translate customer patterns into prioritized input for Product and Engineering and influence the roadmap.
Requirements
- Significant experience in a customer-facing technical role such as solutions engineering, solutions architecture, forward-deployed engineering, or technical consulting.
- Hands-on development experience in Python or a similar programming language.
- Experience leading or mentoring technical individual contributors; formal people management is welcome but not required.
- Direct experience selling, building, or deploying software in healthcare or life sciences.
- Working knowledge of PHI, HIPAA, healthcare data privacy, validation requirements, and related regulatory considerations.
- Strong presentation and technical communication skills with clinical, executive, and engineering audiences.
- Preferred experience with GenAI, LLMs, applied machine learning, evaluation, and model validation in regulated settings.
- Preferred clinical, biomedical, pharma, clinical informatics, EHR integration, pharmacovigilance, regulatory affairs, or R&D experience.
- Preferred experience establishing a new vertical, practice, or team.
