Base Salary
$195k - $275k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead large, senior-level prospect engagements from RFP through vendor selection.
- Partner with Aladdin Business Development on sales strategy and winning new mandates.
- Deliver workflow-oriented demonstrations for investment, risk, operations, and technology stakeholders.
- Diagnose client operating-model challenges and align Aladdin capabilities with strategic objectives.
- Build long-term relationships with senior institutional stakeholders and position Aladdin as a strategic transformation partner.
- Map prospect objectives to Aladdin solutions using relevant industry terminology, workflows, and pain points.
- Partner with Product Development on product ideas, roadmap understanding, and new functionality.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in investment management, enterprise investment technology, or financial markets.
- Experience ideally spanning OMS/EMS, portfolio management systems, risk systems, or private markets platforms.
- Strong understanding of front-to-back investment workflows, risk processes, portfolio construction, trading, operations, and technology architectures.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for executive and technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including diagnosing client challenges and architecting high-impact solutions.
- Proven success partnering with sales teams on complex enterprise technology deals.
- Strong team management and leadership skills, with the ability to operate in fast-paced, multicultural environments.
- Passion for financial markets and technology.
