Responsibilities
- Own the central data infrastructure for partner team assets.
- Build and maintain the foundational data for applications and reporting.
- Stage and integrate new data sources as partner operations expand.
- Manage certification data ingestion and maintain data quality.
- Create a dedicated data foundation for the SI partner segment.
- Develop centralized SI partner objects with unified mappings.
- Oversee the Partner Portal's architecture and feature development.
- Manage bi-directional data pipelines for portal functionality.
- Drive UX design and application specifications.
- Design and maintain data models for the Partner Team's GTM motion.
- Serve as the primary data engineering interface across departments.
- Collaborate with Partner Leadership on strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- 6-9 years of experience in analytics engineering or data engineering.
- Strong expertise in SQL and dbt, managing multi-project environments.
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
- Experience building and owning internal applications from start to finish.
- Proven ability to architect bi-directional data pipelines.
- Familiarity with Sigma or similar platforms is highly preferred.
- Comfort with UX design fundamentals and tools like Figma.
- Strong business acumen in GTM and partner ecosystems.
- Ability to navigate a broad cross-functional stakeholder map.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Informatics, or equivalent experience.
