Responsibilities

Translate business and technical requirements into detailed application and module design specifications.
Design, develop, integrate, and maintain efficient, reusable, reliable, and secure enterprise software.
Provide architecture and design recommendations and complexity estimates for development requirements.
Collaborate with product owners, architects, technical specialists, and multifunctional agile teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
Create and execute automated tests and participate in unit testing, code reviews, refinement, and planning sessions.
Coach and mentor team members, review code with junior staff, and drive improvements in operational efficiency.

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
8+ years of experience in software architecture design and development.
Expertise in Java, Python, and/or JavaScript, with experience in cloud technology, SQL, and databases.
Knowledge of distributed system design and implementation, architecture guidelines, development practices, programming styles, frameworks, and design patterns.
Understanding of security implications, secure coding, automated testing, and Test Driven Development and/or Behavior Driven Development.
Experience with agile development methodologies and tools such as Scrum and JIRA.
Strong English communication skills, clean and readable coding ability, reusable component development, and effective interpersonal skills.
Experience with emerging technology such as AI is advantageous.
