Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for enterprise SDLC platforms, including Jenkins, GitHub, Bitbucket, and AWS-based CI/CD pipelines.
- Support and optimize Artifactory and SonarQube solutions.
- Partner with business teams and development clients to resolve SDLC platform challenges.
- Implement and maintain security controls across the development toolchain and infrastructure.
- Develop automation to eliminate toil and improve developer productivity.
- Troubleshoot complex build, deployment, and integration issues.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of AWS-based development infrastructure.
- Maintain documentation and knowledge bases for supported platforms and tools.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, or SRE roles.
- Strong technical expertise in AWS services and cloud-native architectures.
- Experience with Docker, ECS, EKS, and container orchestration.
- Deep understanding of Git workflows, branching strategies, and version control best practices.
- Hands-on programming or scripting skills in Python, Go, or similar languages, including debugging and CI/CD automation.
- Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation for infrastructure as code in AWS environments.
- Hands-on experience with Jenkins, GitHub, or GitLab CI/CD solutions.
- Strong knowledge of secure SDLC practices and security automation.
- Experience supporting large-scale development environments with complex CI/CD requirements.
