Base Salary

$170k - $200k/yr

Responsibilities

Design and implement solutions integrating the Arcesium platform with client workflows.
Identify, track, resolve, and escalate blockers across engineering, product, and client teams.
Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Lead project meetings and drive alignment among technical and non-technical participants.
Read platform code, write API examples, and perform in-depth data analysis.
Recommend and implement process improvements that reduce manual effort, improve resilience, and support operational scalability.
Own project outcomes across urgent incidents, relationship management, and long-running client engagements.

Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills across diverse teams and organizational levels.
Proven ability to unblock complex, multi-stakeholder workstreams and drive them to completion.
Strong organizational skills for managing concurrent projects, tracking details, and anticipating risks.
Strong functional knowledge of middle- and back-office technology platforms, workflows, integrations, and system components.
Ability to lead meetings, explain complex problems clearly, and drive alignment across technical and business audiences.
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as a team player.
