Base Salary
$200k - $500k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and operate cloud infrastructure, developer tooling, and platform systems for Conversion’s engineering organization.
- Empower product engineers to ship features faster and more reliably through internal platforms and infrastructure improvements.
- Operate systems that support large-scale data synchronization, durable workflows, form submissions, and high-volume email delivery.
- Make pragmatic infrastructure investment decisions by balancing cost against reliability, scalability, and developer leverage.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience building cloud infrastructure, developer tooling, and platform systems at fast-growing companies.
- Experience shipping and operating systems used by other engineers, including CI/CD, observability, deployment tooling, or internal platforms.
- Experience with Go, Kafka, Temporal, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, and GCP.
- A startup mindset and willingness to take early ownership in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred experience building internal developer tools or platforms that materially improved how a team shipped.
- Preferred experience at a rapidly scaling Series A to C startup.
- A strong track record of side projects, applications, or hackathons is preferred.
