Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, development, and delivery.
- Set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance.
- Lead and mentor team members and contribute as a subject matter expert.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate software components.
- Monitor project progress and implement improvements to delivery timelines.
- Facilitate team discussions and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 3 years of experience with Playwright is required.
- Proficiency in Playwright.
- Strong experience designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
- Ability to enforce coding standards and software development best practices.
- Experience with performance optimization and troubleshooting complex software issues.
- Experience leading software development teams and managing project workflows.
- 15 years of full-time education.
