Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end application solutions using Angular, Java, and Informatica.
- Develop and oversee Angular UI components, Java back-end services, APIs, business logic, Informatica mappings, workflows, and data pipelines.
- Own application architecture, design patterns, integration approaches, technical decisions, and technical documentation.
- Lead source-to-target mappings, transformations, scheduling, and batch or near-real-time data integrations.
- Review technical designs and code changes and enforce SDLC, testing, documentation, change management, and release standards.
- Monitor application health, performance, and data flows; act as a technical escalation point and perform root cause analysis for production issues.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, architecture, infrastructure, security, operations, and QA teams.
- Mentor developers, ETL engineers, and junior team members and provide technical direction during delivery activities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of overall IT experience with a strong hands-on development background.
- 3+ years in a technical lead or application lead role.
- Proven experience leading applications across UI, API, and data integration layers.
- Experience with Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Java, Spring or Spring Boot, and SQL.
- Experience with Informatica PowerCenter and/or IICS, including mappings, workflows, and scheduling.
- Strong SQL skills with Oracle, SQL Server, or a similar database system.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, issue tracking such as Jira, and logging or monitoring tools.
- Ability to lead complex problem solving, communicate technical concepts to technical and nontechnical stakeholders, and work in regulated or enterprise environments.
- Preferred experience includes financial services or other regulated industries, cloud platforms, modern deployment models, security standards, data privacy, audit expectations, and business-critical or customer-facing platforms.
- A bachelor's degree is listed; comparable education, job-specific certifications, and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- No required certifications or licenses.
