Responsibilities

Define and own the frontend architectural vision for complex, high-scale products.
Design scalable component systems, UI frameworks, design systems, reusable libraries, and internal tooling.
Translate product requirements and Figma designs into robust technical architectures.
Lead frontend performance, accessibility, security, and scalability initiatives.
Develop long-term technical strategies, influence the roadmap, and solve complex engineering problems.
Review critical code paths and guide frontend engineering best practices.
Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend on end-to-end solutions.
Mentor and upskill senior engineers toward architect-level performance.

4 to 8 years of frontend engineering experience with deep React.js and TypeScript expertise.
Strong experience architecting large-scale, distributed, modular frontend systems.
Expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, Web APIs, browser internals, and performance tuning.
Mastery of modern state management such as Redux, Zustand, Recoil, React Query, or similar tools.
Strong experience with Webpack, Vite, Turborepo, bundling, and optimization strategies.
Ability to design UI frameworks, component libraries, and cross-platform solutions.
Understanding of GraphQL, caching, and client-side data architecture.
Strong debugging skills and experience resolving production-scale issues.
Experience with automated testing using Jest, RTL, and Cypress and with CI/CD workflows.
Preferred experience with Next.js, micro-frontends, SSR architectures, Storybook, MUI, Chakra, or Radix.
Preferred knowledge of web security, accessibility, and SEO optimization, plus experience mentoring engineering teams or owning cross-functional initiatives.
