Responsibilities
- Build and improve frontend experiences for Kikoff’s flagship credit-building and tradeline products.
- Drive initiatives that improve customer retention, engagement, and revenue.
- Explore and scope challenging opportunities for future product impact.
- Collaborate with PMs, designers, and data scientists to ship measurable product improvements.
- Analyze data and distill information for business purposes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of industry experience with demonstrated breadth and depth of product impact.
- Hands-on production experience with React.
- B.A., B.S., M.S., or strong self-taught computer science fundamentals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and effectiveness in areas outside your expertise.
- Ability to analyze data and translate information for business purposes.
- Desire to form strong professional relationships with startup-oriented coworkers.
