Responsibilities
- Provision, configure, operate, and maintain enterprise infrastructure and application environments.
- Manage version control, build, continuous integration, and continuous deployment tools.
- Automate manual processes and improve deployment reliability, consistency, and operational efficiency.
- Support code releases and highly available applications across AWS and Azure environments.
- Implement and maintain infrastructure using Ansible and Terraform.
- Work with Kubernetes, microservices environments, service discovery, and Linux system hardening.
- Develop and support high-availability solutions, including load-balancer configurations.
- Troubleshoot deployment, infrastructure, and operational issues and participate in 24x7 on-call coverage.
- Provide technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and training to team members.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience managing servers in an enterprise environment.
- At least 5 years of experience supporting code releases into highly available applications.
- At least 2 years of experience with server configuration management tooling.
- At least 2 years of experience supporting highly available applications.
- Strong experience with Ansible and Terraform.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, Git, HAProxy or similar load-balancing technologies, Kubernetes, and AWS and Azure cloud environments.
- Knowledge of JSON/REST, Linux OS hardening and security, infrastructure, application availability, and deployment practices.
- Experience mentoring or supporting team members through technical knowledge sharing and training.
- Bachelor’s degree or 7–10 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, collaboration, ownership, and continuous-improvement abilities.
