Responsibilities
- Design, code, test, and assure quality for complex application features.
- Build scalable application systems, advanced RAG pipelines, and multi-agent workflows.
- Develop and own evaluation and benchmarking frameworks for AI quality, reliability, and performance.
- Optimize system latency, throughput, cost efficiency, scalability, resilience, and maintainability.
- Troubleshoot critical production issues and continuously improve architecture and development processes.
- Partner with platform, data, AI, product, and consulting teams on robust production-ready solutions.
- Provide technical leadership through mentoring, design guidance, code reviews, and quality improvements.
- Optionally serve as Scrum Master to support team self-organization.
Requirements
- Deep experience with distributed systems and scalable application design.
- Strong hands-on experience with LLMs, advanced RAG patterns, and agentic workflows.
- Experience with performance optimization, cost management, and troubleshooting complex production systems.
- Experience designing AI evaluation frameworks, validating model behavior, and applying agentic engineering patterns.
- Technical leadership and mentoring experience.
- Development skills in Node.js, Python, or similar technologies.
- SAP BTP experience is a plus.
- E-invoicing experience or the ability to quickly learn domain-specific formats is a plus.
- Experience with microservice architecture and REST API-based applications is a differentiator.
- Experience building AI-powered developer or customer-facing tools, including interaction layers that make AI outputs actionable for non-technical users, is a differentiator.
